I want you to enjoy the dining side of our Vocal Inspiration Course as much as the singing side: convivial lunches and dinners are an integral part of our courses. After 10 years of cooking for such courses, I have built up a wide range of interesting menu ideas.
Each day you will sample freshly prepared meals, using local ingredients as much as possible. Meat, fish, cheese and free range eggs will all come from my local butcher, vegetables from my local farm shop.
Meals will be healthy and balanced: lunches will be simple: quiches and salads with fresh fruit; dinner will be 3 courses: either starter, main and pudding or main, pudding and cheese. Wine will be included. Special diets can be accommodated, and here is an idea of what you might expect:
